The tired but happy Wumps rejoined the Hook Norton Brewery lorry at the Country Fair. The two dray men were enjoying a lovely steak
roll and they knew the lorry was not going far for a while. They were reluctant to venture far onto the site as they had
heard hounds barking, Wumps and hounds do not get on well, they did however manage to visit the Craft tent and to their
amazement they found a woodturner selling Wumps made into
keyrings, some of whom they recognised as relatives. They tried to imagine what experiences they would have in the future.
They rejoined
the lorry just before it left. After such an exhausting and exhilarating day, they slept all the way back home to Hook Norton. The
following Saturday, they ventured into the village to visit the monthly Saturday market at the Memorial Hall, they found lovely gifts,
cards, charity items and homemade food.
